Persephone Books
Persephone has to be one of the cutest book publishers around. It reprints neglected classics of the 20th Century (like Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day) and presents them in the most gorgeous books. Each book has it's own print assigned to the sleeve (used from fabrics the Persephone people like). One of their bookshops (there are only two) blends into an office because they are such a small company and they even host book clubs, screenings of film adaptations of their books and special readings.
I have read a few of their books and the stories were wonderful. It is also a nice to know that it is perfectly OK to judge these books by their covers, as you'll never be disappointed with what's inside.
